San Mateo County decided that in the midst of this pandemic it would be proactive in preparing for E-Learning should schools not reopen.  We will discuss the drivers behind the initiative and how the decision was made to deploy the wireless technologies (CBRS+WiFi) that are now supporting E-Learning in East Palo Alto and what next steps look like

Take away – We want the participants to take away the notion that new and emerging technologies are important when solving these types of challenges.  Technology should serve the people, not the other way around
