The role of testing edge computing capabilities in context of V2X infrastructure development to support coordinated driving: Coordinated driving will be an important requirement for the future of connected and automated mobility to improve safety as well as traffic flow. The presenter will explain the correlation between V2X infrastructure development as well as vehicle side development of AI-based driving functionality. It is important that AI-based driving is enabled across OEM’s which requires both standardization in system development as well as in end-to-end test procedures.This means that the interoperability of system components need to be validated in certified testbeds.
